Hello to you all! Whistle here. This Month has been super busy in my life, so there's been a little delay in this Months release. Sorry for that. Next part will probably be out at the end of the next Month too. I will start my Summer Vacation after next week so I should have good time to draw. Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy Masked Man Saga;Who Let The Dogs Out part 2. It will introduce you a "new" character and a lurking threat...

It was a night in Oval city and a stranger appears in one of the Snake's hiding places, kicking down the door and encounter some of the sweatpants gang goons...
